waveguides
Award-winning waveguide AR technology
Our waveguides were designed with mass manufacture in mind. We offer the widest range of fields of view, ensuring that our waveguide platforms offer the maximum design flexibility for our customers to meet their end product needs.
projectors
In-house projector capability
We have created a wide range of projectors to complement our waveguide portfolio. We have in-house expertise across DMD, LCoS and MicroLED based projectors to solve optical performance, efficiency and size.
Optical Engines
An effective way to speed up your prototype process
We combine our ground-breaking diffractive waveguides with projector technology to delivery integrated optical engines (also known as modules) to rapidly enable product development.
Knowledge hub
How do WaveOptics’ waveguides work?
AR wearables, such as smart glasses, enable users to see digital images overlaid on top of the real world. There are two key elements that allow these images to be seen – a light source such as a minute projector and a means of transferring the image from the projector into the user’s eyes.
